About Our Company

My name is Tracie & I am the CEO and founder of Fancie's Bubbles. I currently reside in Birmingham, AL. Most people know Alabama for the football team at the University of Alabama & Auburn. I work full-time and have four children; 1 Masters grad, 1 Bachelors grad, 1 currently in college, & 1 in 3rd grade. (LOL) Yes, we started over. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we’ve been together for 26 years.

I’ve always wanted to make soap because my Aunt Sadie used to make it when I was a child and I loved her soap! However, back then, it was simply called “Lye Soap”. I would always feel so clean afterwards and she made sure to put love in every bar. Fast forward to years later, while I was dealing with depression in 2015, I began reading books about making soap and all of its possibilities. I started gathering all of the supplies I would need, and in the process of making it, I realized that my studio would also become my sanctuary. Making soap calmed my mind and gave me a new found sense of peace.

As you will see, some of my soaps are stamped with a semicolon. “A semicolon is used when an author could’ve ended their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life.”

My soaps are handcrafted in my studio in Birmingham, AL in small batches and they have been cured for 6 weeks for mildness. I love experimenting with different oils, colors, and textures. I have gotten so many testimonies from people about how my soap makes them feel. It is such a blessing to me because it takes me back to the feeling I had with my Aunt Sadie’s soap. I pray that you enjoy them and feel the love too!

Every bar of soap is its own unique piece of art, no two bars can ever be alike!
